I don’t get it….
I’ve seen so many people on here give a great big "thank you" to the supplements they consume on a daily basis. I mean, isn’t it about the working out, rest and diet that should help you lose weight or add the muscle? Shouldn’t we thank ourselves for all the hard work that’s put into it? Or maybe some people want an easy out and like the idea of putting all kinds of chemicals inside them and wonder years from now what kind of effect it’ll have or them–or maybe they don’t care about what it’ll do as long as overly big and veiny muscles is all they’re after? Maybe it’s just me…

The supplements as in White Flood, shakes and recovery drinks are nothing more than aids that assist in providing the body with essential nutrients to recover after lifting. I for one am a fan of the supplements and feel that they have enhanced my efforts to attain the goals I have set for myself! Good Luck in your goals, stay focused and healthy!

This is true if your speaking of steriods or stuff like that, but those are not supplements, those are drugs, big difference.Supplements are things that we are giving our bodies that it needs,we are making sure,by taking these supplements, that our bodies are getting the proper amounts it needs due to the extreme work load we are putting on it.By giving my body supplements through the rigorous work that I put it through,it can function and grow to its potenetial.By drinking protien shakes,I save myself frm having to eat 2 whole chickens a day, yuck. There’s a HUGH difference between supplements and drugs.
