The beginning of big changes
I finally decided to be serious and not just sit in this body. I gained the first 30 pounds while on the Depo-shot(birthcontrol). I was so busy, at the time taking care of my dying grandmother, her then passing, college, work and an unfixable relationship…then I had 2 babies with in 14 months. I’m newly single, am back in the work force after being a stay at home mom, and am about to go back to school to complete my degree. I cannot use the excuse of not having enough time and just make the time. I want to look as successful as I plan on being. So here it goes. I’m completely changing my entire life. It’s sink or swim…and I’m going to make it back to shore.

Congrats on the decision to change your body & life. The journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step. You took that step. Now take another. Then another. Sonn you’ll be jogging those steps. Eventually you’ll be running them, and finally you’ll be sprinting.
But it all started with that 1st step.

Thanks for the info! Keep up the good work! I think trying new foods is the hardest. Today I had plain tuna on wasas with 1 oz. of cheese. It was hard to get that tuna down but I did it. Doing the high protein, low fat low carb plan and eating clean.
