September update pt.1

Okay, right now I’m geeked because I have successfully workout on a consistent schedule for about a month now!! YAY!

I’m excited about the feeling I get when I actually work out and know that I haven’t let myself down by not working out!

I feel good right now and cant’ wait to workout this evening (I’m at work right now lol).

Thanks everyone for the motivation and wonderful support! KEEP GIVING ME that needed advice…I’m putting it all to work!

As I continue on…

Well this afternoon I weighed myself and weighing in at 142 lb. and 4 ounces. Okay so I’m slowly going down. Now over the weekend, I was pondering the factors of losing weight in effort to gain strength stamina, you know the goodies.

I’m a little concerned about water weight and learning more about the importance of body fat %, lean mass those technical points etc.

I cannot wait until I see the scale saying 120 and then 115…that will be a highlight.

I’m working on implementing more cardio and strength training in my lifestyle.

Any suggestions, testimonials are of course always appreciated by fellow Body Builders and Workout Pros!

I’m taking the first step…

Okay (let out a breath) I’m finally taking charge of myself and setting aside all my wishful thinking to put forth ACTION!

I have always and I do mean always been interested and intrigued by fitness, working out, the sculpted bodies and of course the "dream" bodies displayed on fitness infocommercials. But I constantly thought to myself "nah, i’m not overweight, i’m okay…well…maybe a little stomach pudge…but i’ve seen worse…right?"

Now, yes I still young, in fact as I type this blog (exhaling), I’m 22 years old. Anyway, the point of my age statement is to assure the factor that I’m at a prime age to transform my body for a improved healthier lifestyle.

I don’t desire to be diabetic, overweight, ankle problems etc…just beacause of the slothfulness to exercise or practice healthier eating habits.

So Like I titled this blog! August is my KICK-OFF month! Tonight is the night where I begin not to stop somewhere along the way but too dynamically impact my OWN life for a healthier and brighter tomorrow!
