So today was my last workout before camp. Maxed out on bench and hit 13 good reps of 225, went for 14 but had nothing left. Camp starts tomorrow and after hitting four workouts a day for 3 1/2 I’m glad its time for my hard work to pay off. Im so pumped for camp iI dont know what to do. After breaking my leg last year and being sidelined I really pushed myself to get back on the field and in the best shape I could be in. Will maintain a steady strength workout while in football and towards the end start hitting up alot more strength exercises.

recently theres been good and bad in the road to my goal. I started doing legs again which is a plus even though im much weaker. I had a setback in my diet tho. I cheated beyond belief thinking it wouldnt do much because I had been working so hard. I was wrong. Ive probably put a lb or 2 back on do to my cheat, so thats another week ive got to work. Ither then that everything is good. Trying to lose the fat on my upper tricep and stomach. Well see how they both are in a couple weeks.

So far my progress has been good. Ive been on my carb cycling diet now for close to 8 weeks and have been seeing good results. When I started I was around 204 and am now down to about 190 so Im pleased with that. I plan to shed about 20 lbs of fat by june 24. Hopefully i csan do it. Will be interesting to see how it all plays out once I start really training my legs hard again. Well see starting nextweek, maybe Ill throw some 20 rep squats in, who knows.
