A Little Help
April 7, 2009Okay, here’s the thing. I’ve been bulking for about two or three weeks now, but I’m not sure if I’m doing it correctly. I feel like I’m gaining an awful lot of fat, especially around my torso. But, I’ve been keeping records of most of the foods I eat and calorie intake, fat, protein and carb intake for the past three weeks, and I hardly get more than 30g (give or take) of fat a day. Around 2000 calories (normally less, sometimes more) a day. About 300g (normally more, rarely less) of protein a day. And about 100g (sometimes more, sometimes less) of carbs a day. I don’t really do much cardio, except every other day 4 minutes of high intensity interval training. I lift 6 days a week, and have seen a bit of gain in size in my upper arms so far. I’m 19, 68 inches tall, and about 150-151 lbs. If anyone could give me some tips on what they’re doing or maybe what I’m doing wrong, I would greatly appreciate it.
