Random thoughts:

My set point weight seems to be falling between 128 and 132 regardless of caloric intake, which means I’m just really working on improving composition for the remainder of this bulk and I can leave the scale alone. While I look better at this 132 than I looked at my previous 125, I am soft.

Diet will improve this week!  Getting paid means groceries, and groceries are good.

Rejection is not fatal.* It’s merely someone’s opinion.

Definitely sore in the legs and glutes despite doing less volume than the previous month. This chest workout was weak as hell. I was not impressed. I guess too much work and not enough sleep will do that to you… I’m taking REM tonight so I can sleep through crazy kitten’s antics and Dan’s snoring.
