Back in the groove

Pretty decent arm workout, though the strength ebbed and flowed. I added weight to my calve training for the first time since I injured one about 4 weeks before the North Americans. They are one of my better parts and I want to make them really pop for next season.

Pet peeves and soreness

No workout.  I wanted to, but my headache had other plans. I slept for 11 hours instead. I’m sure I needed it. Quads are insanely sore! I need to learn how to pee standing up.

Why does people around me insist on speaking with their mouths full? It’s disgusting. They should watch the movie W to see how they look.
