The bitch is back! I have to admit, for my first day training legs in a while, I may have done too much too soon.
After I was done leg pressing, I was wobbly as hell and the rest of my training was fairly light, yet painful. Zercher squats are cool. They feel better on my back than traditional squats, but are brutal on the arms. It will be difficult to bear heavy weight like that. I also trained forearms for the first time. They will now be included in leg day.
