Random thoughts:
It is COLD!! Summer is over for sure. I hate when I get chilly.
Anything under 75 degrees is just not a good time for me. I have a bad habit of moving to warmer climates in the winter and I have to admit it’s tempting already and fall has barely set in. It’s mostly the dread of standing on the elevated train platform in the wind and snow.
In order that people may be happy in their work, these three things are needed: They must be fit for it. They must not do too much of it. And they must have a sense of success in it.

I have been reading your blog forever and this will be the first time to write. Do you feel that the no carb diet works well? I started no carb this weekend and I seem to not be as hungry, which is a good thing! I just wanted to say you look great and I love your blog. I am short (vertically challenged) like you so I like to follow your progress. You are so funny and I love your commitment to fitness. Keep up the good work.

Di,
No carb has worked great for prep. It’s not anything I would do for offseason or long term, but it’s fantastic for cutting and I love having a weekly cheat meal.
Best wishes, and thanks for commenting. Shorties rule!
