					<description>good stuff.  I was wondering if it was bad for people to start out &amp;amp;#34;regular&amp;amp;#34; weight, and then suddenly be in competition form.  

Best bet, take your time to get a comp body and then do the crazy stuff &amp;amp;#34;only&amp;amp;#34; right before.  But if you have taken the time, you shouldn't need to do the crazy stuff.</description>
