BLISTERS!!!! WTF??!! @$%**@
I usually prefer cardio than involves lifting my feet of the ground and actually propelling myself forward, but I was forced on to the elliptical now that I have huge blisters on my heels from all my walking. I drain the serum out of them and they are magically full again in minutes. It’s disgusting and painful. Yet another reason that lifting kicks cardio’s ass: the calluses on my hands, while ugly, don’t hurt. I think I’m going to look for these:

Morning Cardio
Thermo Fire, Humino MAAX, Cuts, SAMe, CoQ10 taken pre-cardio
Walking Outside
Back/Delts
Single Arm Hammer Strength Row
Weighted Hypers
Standing DB Laterals
Seated DB Rear Delt Raise
Elliptical

isn’t there a Beatles song where John Lennon yells something about "I’ve got blisters on my fingers!"
Doesn’t sound good. But look at the positive - eliptical is low impact, so it’s better for the knees. It isn’t much, but that’s all the comfort I can give over the internet.
