5 weeks out training

I got off work a little early so I was able to actually sit down and relax for a few minutes for once in my life, then off to the gym! No real lifting today, and we are at 5 weeks!

Morning Cardio

Humino MAAX, Cuts, BioBead, SAMe, CoQ10 taken pre-cardio

Walking Outside

Abs/HIIT

Decline Weighted Crunch

Kneeling Cable Crunch

Lying Leg Raise

Hanging Knee Raise
