I usually prefer cardio than involves lifting my feet of the ground and actually propelling myself forward, but I was forced on to the elliptical now that I have huge blisters on my heels from all my walking. I drain the serum out of them and they are magically full again in minutes. It’s disgusting and painful. Yet another reason that lifting kicks cardio’s ass: the calluses on my hands, while ugly, don’t hurt. I think I’m going to look for these:

Morning Cardio
Thermo Fire, Humino MAAX, Cuts, SAMe, CoQ10 taken pre-cardio
Walking Outside
Back/Delts
Single Arm Hammer Strength Row
Weighted Hypers
Standing DB Laterals
Seated DB Rear Delt Raise
Elliptical

I am really looking forward to my final cheat. I’m glad it’s coming, and I’m glad I’ve finally made this far. The last supper is always a turning point and I’m ready to turn.
Danielle and I did some posing practice in the studio PWO. She is 2 weeks out from a Delaware show and looking tight!!

Ronnie Coleman, who has been crowned Mr. Olympia eight times, is suing Gold’s Gym for allegedly using his muscles to lure in members.
In a lawsuit filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Coleman claims Gold’s used a photo of him to advertise Gold’s … a photo that was plastered on posters.
Coleman is suing for misappropriation of image, invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment. He’s seeking unspecified damages and an injunction putting the kibosh on the poster.

Random thoughts:
Makeup and hair have been booked with Colette Nelson for the North Americans and the Team U. I have ordered the Jan Tana Tattoo Cover Creme Palette. My ducks seem to be getting in a row.
Dan is like a bull in a china shop. The kitten had protein powder on her. At least she smells like strawberries.
I am not hungry these days so much as I am just not full. When I finish my meals, they are like an appetizer, and I feel primed to eat. I have had Dan move his peanut butter up to the top of the cabinets so I can’t reach it and it’s out of my line of vision. Out of sight, out of mind, and hopefully out of mouth!

I didn’t wake up to do morning cardio because someone changed the alarm clock to when he wanted to get up and didn’t tell me. To make up for this, after I lifted I did indoor cardio, had my shake, and then walked ~the same route I usually do upon waking. I trained Joe (my friend’s son) again and he really impressed me. The kid has heart. He even did cardio after.

How is it that the weeks are flying by, but each day seems to take so long?
I am starting to schedule my photo shoots and stuff for the coming weeks, both here and in Cleveland. I’m also looking forward to some new Prolab products (looks like 2 at this time) that will launch by the end of the year.

Tan is booked for Cleveland. Still need to make a decision about the girly stuff.
I’m trying to wear the bandage less, but I still can’t go up on my toes. I had to have Dan move the drinking glasses down so I can reach them.

This was not the most intense workout, lol. I got my friend’s 16 year old son a week pass to my gym since he’s been hounding me to go for a while. He’d never used weights other than the DBs him mom has at home before, so between my working sets I was showing him some basic movements. He doesn’t have great posture and he moves a bit clumsily, but he really wants to learn and listens well. This will be some work for the both of us I think.
