OOPS!!
I’m a dope and messed up my split.
So, instead of back and delts today, it was chest and traps. Back and delts will be hit on Thursday after taking tomorrow off. It is such a good time hitting traps again, after nearly two years off from training them directly. I am much more comfortable with the ROM on DB presses, and probably won’t be doing any more BB for a while.

That photo, as most of my blog ones, aren’t me! 90% of the images I use are pics that I find inspirational. I would love to have that body, though!
