So how much do you bench, bro? :p

Exhausted!  Pro-only days don’t provide much energy.  Scheduled off day, and I did an appearance at Nutrisport in NYC. Good times. I’ve noticed that Smartwater tastes really good.

Meal 1

Random thoughts:

I’m going to make a shirt that says ‘More Than You’ across the front. I don’t know when the bench press became the indicator of fitness or strength, but I am sick and tired of being asked and this shirt would provide an acceptable retort.
