Back day, thickness concentration

I kind of ran out of gas a bit after the 2nd set of DLs.    Good workout overall, and pretty peaceful early on a Saturday.

Warmup not listed.

    I know what you mean, DL’s can really take it out of you. I did mine at 295 for the first time working out at that weight. It took a few mins to figure out what is supposed to go where
