Mission: Thickness
Nice workout. I’m really concentrating on contracting the paraspinal muscles to build thickness and not more width, as my lats are spilling out of a medium tank these days. I’m not using any caffeine other than what’s in my NF, so I’m napping on the way home from work and then getting a little boost before my training. It’s been a while since I played with NO precursors and this one really is fun and tastes good.

Ohh I wish…I would love to come to NY again soon but don’t see my poor ass can handle that in the near future. However I am preparing to apply for Ph.d in Columbia Uni for fall 2009. Fingers crossed
