Holy liquid calories!
Another off day from training. I didn’t want to, but I also didn’t want to be in mid-pulldown and have blood gushing from my mouth. I’m still trying to keep my BP down. This all liquid diet is ridiculous. I love the taste of my protein powders, but I would like to chew some food soon.

Random thoughts:
I really hope I can get back to the gym tomorrow. Missing training and cardio is NOT helping right now. I mean seriously, can this be any less convenient? The Arnold is four weeks away. I also have a demo on Saturday and I’d really appreciate being able to speak more clearly.
I may be crazy, but I think it’s taking longer to get dark at night. There is still a faint glimmer of daylight when I get off work and that wasn’t there last week.
