Random thoughts:
Cals/macros are unknown as Meal 3 was at my cousin’s house, as it was my nephew Ryan’s 4th birthday. I seem to have a problem with self control. I’m a bit embarrassed. After all of the PMs and emails I’ve gotten about being an inspiration, and how impressed others are with my dedication, I’m failing at my plan. It’s high time for me to get my head out of my butt and focus.
In addition to the general feeling of disappointment I have, there’s also this little twinkle in the back of my mind… so a touch of mental confusion… not this year, but is crossing over on the horizon?
