Pie and Deadlifts

Yesterday was an off day from training. I hit my carb goals by eating some sour cherry pie from the farmer’s market by the courthouse.

I felt kind of crappy and sleepy on the way home today. I was going to take another off day, but after watching American Gangster (great movie - go see it!) I was oddly motivated. I’m happy I went - hit a DL PR!

Mmm, pie… Christmas day I have determined will act as a carbup for me, so I will be allowing myself a single slice of Cherry Pie as well.

Remember how during your contest prep you had the PB thread? I’m afraid I’m going to have to make one for me as well, but we’ll call it the ‘Mexican Food’ thread. :D

Reep - I like to use Plates instead of DBs for shrugs for the clearance from the body. They are done with the arms in back, side and front during this workout.

SCT - PB kicks Mexican food’s ass! :p
