Leg training from Saturday, catchin up!!!

I did more than 10 sets. So sue me. The weight was non-existant and I wasn’t really counting as I was supersetting with Grace and we were gossiping a bit, and forgot to count. Not too bad, though. Besides, it’s TOM and I don’t want to listen to anyone.

Legs, Abs and Cardio

Sumo BB Squat
75×12, 95×10 *superset*

Feet Together BB Squat
75×12, 95×10

Good Mornings
65×10, 65×10 *superset*

Walking BB Lunges
50×20, 50×20

BB Side Split Squat
40×10+10, 40×10+10 *superset*

Single Leg Press
sledx10+10, sledx12+12

Kneeling Cable Crunch
90×12, 100×12

20 minute walk
