I did more than 10 sets. So sue me. The weight was non-existant and I wasn’t really counting as I was supersetting with Grace and we were gossiping a bit, and forgot to count. Not too bad, though. Besides, it’s TOM and I don’t want to listen to anyone.

I visited another gym today. It was pretty small but empty and spotless with brand new equipment. I don’t know what to do. I may never make a decision, ever.

My head is spinning a bit from a lot of things. Nothing bad, I just have a bunch of choices all that the same time; it’s like a perfect storm of unrelated options that will all impact my future and I’m not really keen on dealing. I honestly would rather it all go away than always wonder, ‘What if?’

The Nutella ravioli are friggin amazing. I’m about to take some down to Elena to get a second opinion and I’m bringing some to work since I’ve had beggars as soon as I brought the idea public. My kitchen was a disaster, though - flour everywhere! The cats were not pleased.

I do like training in the morning on weekends. All the drunks are still recovering from the night before and almost all the equipent is available, even on chest day.

Yes, I know I’m not supposed to be doing any cardio other than flat walking, but we got in these really cool new machines from Technogym called a Cardio Wave. The motion is just like ice skating. It’s awesome and I’m fat, so I simply couldn’t resist.
