9/26 - two days later, my hams are still sore!

It’s hot. Since when is it almost 90 in NYC days from October anyway? My sweat is sweating and I detest cardio. Abs look halfway decent, but I may need a machete to get the fat off my ass.

Hamstrings, Abs and Cardio

Hack Squat
just past shoulder width, deep to the stoppers
sled +180×12, +180×12, +180×12

SLDL
shoulder width
135×12, 135×14, 135×15

Prone Curl
feet together
50×15, 50×15, 55×12

Stability Ball Crunch
plate or DB overhead
10×20, 15×20, 25×15

Hanging Leg Raise
DB between feet
5×15 DROP BWx15, 5×15 DROP BWx15

11 Incline Treadmill
25 minutes backward, 1.8 speed

StepMill
5 minutes forward, 5 speed
5 minutes each side, 4 speed
5 minutes forward, 4 speed

I walked 2 miles during my lunch break at work.

I walked 15 minutes each way to/from the gym.

    Will you let me know, where it is, that type of machete can be purchased….I too will need it, come about February.
