9/25 - off!
Off day, but I did 30 minutes of stepups upon waking, outside on the bricks that surround my front ‘lawn.’ I also walked 1.5 miles during my lunch break.

Random thoughts:
I forgot to pack food to bring to my demo. Thank goodness that VS carries Ostrim (ostrich jerky); it’s quick and easy to eat, low in carbs and fats and tastes good. I guess I could’ve gotten an RTD, but I felt like chewing.
