9/17 - I hate all this cardio
I had some crazy quad pumps, probably because I still have quite a bit of glucose in my system from the large (and successful) peak test. My legs felt like metal pipes, full cylinders with no definition they were so full.

I walked two miles during my lunch break at work.
I walked 15 minutes each way to/from the gym.
