Sunday - Quit looking at me like that!

I should mention, though I’m choosing not to share my diet until next weekend as discussed earlier, I’m not depleting in the way I would during my final week of actual prep. There is still fat in my diet. Losing weight too fast now would only serve negatively in my real goal, which is still 48 days away.

Quads, Abs and Cardio

BB Squats
95×15, 115×17, 135×12, 135×12

Single Leg Press
sled +90×10+10, +70×12+12, +70×12+12, +50×18+18

Bench StepUps
15+15, 15+15, 15+15

Single Leg Ext
30×20+20, 35×15+15, 35×15+15

Obliques on Hyper, no rest

Treadmill, Level 1
tension band crabwalk, 4 minutes each side

I walked 40 minutes upon waking.

Random thoughts:

I thought I was getting odd look before when I was walking backward on the treadmill. Sideways with a band around the quads raises the stakes. As does camping out on the gym steps with tuna and broccoli.

Today’s squats were the best I’ve done since cutting began. I let go of precise foot placement and just got down in it, which felt excellent.
