8/29 - uh oh
What a crap day. It was a miserable day at work that I thought would never end. I finally made it to the gym, and everything was going smothly until SLDL time. Then something just went wrong on the outside of my left hammy. I’ve stretched it and rubbed some Sore No More on it, but we’ll see how it feels in the morning. Now is not a good time for an injury, not that there ever is a ‘good’ time.
Ab sets were done without rest.

I walked 15 minutes each way to the gym.
I walked one mile during my lunch break at work.
