7/30 - Grow hams, GROW!
Lifts continue to be excellent. My only issue today was waking with a mysteriously tender and swollen right ankle. It didn’t hinder my walking or lifting, but it is puzzling. The timing of this is excellent, though, since I don’t have quite enough to worry about at the moment. *sarcasm*

I walked one mile during my lunch break.
I walked 15 minutes each way to/from the gym

You’re crazy. A leisurely mile walk does not cause sweating for me.
