7/30 - Grow hams, GROW!

Lifts continue to be excellent. My only issue today was waking with a mysteriously tender and swollen right ankle. It didn’t hinder my walking or lifting, but it is puzzling. The timing of this is excellent, though, since I don’t have quite enough to worry about at the moment.  *sarcasm*

Hamstrings, Calves and Cardio

BB Stationary Fwd Lunges Off Step
60×12+12, 70×12+12, 70×15+15

SLDL’s
115×15, 125×12, 125×13

Prone Leg Curl
70×8, 70×8, 50×15

Hybrid Calve Training
BW single leg and feet together

————-

11 Incline Treadmill
30 minutes backward, 1.7 speed

I walked one mile during my lunch break.

I walked 15 minutes each way to/from the gym

    You’re crazy. A leisurely mile walk does not cause sweating for me.
