After a long Saturday night at the Jan Tana/Kamail show and the seemingly endless drive home from Tarrytown (why they picked this as a venue is beyond me) I got up bright and early to beat up some hams.

Obliques on Hyper
15+15, 15+15
20 Minutes Precor

I learned that you do NOT need a lot of weight to stimulate the muscle on Good Mornings. Although it is the same movement as SLDL’s, basically, the weight distribution makes this a whole different animal.
