5/31 - Protien cookie dough and an ok workout
Today’s breakfast was random. I had the odd urge to mic oat flout, liquid egg whites and Cinnamon Protein Component in a bowl… and it was amazing!! I thought I was eating cookie dough, no joke, and the macros were good, too! I am going to experiment mixing it in some no-sugar-added frozen yogurt or ice milk. Healthy cookie dough ice cream for the summer? I will figure this one out.
My workout was just ok. The lifts were strong and my body is responding quite well, but chect and triceps day just isn’t all that interesting to me in comparison to the others.

GREAT PROGRESS. THAT SPONTANEOUS COOKIE DOUGH RECIPE SOUNDS AWESOME. I SEE OAT FLOUR, LIQUID EGGWHITES(WHAT BRAND?), CINNAMIN PROTIEN COMPONENT(WHAT BRAND?). THANKS AND KEEP TRAIN’N HARD!

The eggwhites are from a carton of All Whites (I didn’t buy them) but I’m sure any liquid whites would work. Protein Component is made by Prolab http://bodybuilding.com/store/pl/protein.html
Definitely try this recipe! I’m hooked!
