5/29 - Quads a day early, and some great baseball
Finally, it’s a pleasure to be a Met fan. Twelve innings of great baseball against San Francisco, complete with two balks and a game ending Delgado homer. Oh, and the Yankees lost again, with Pettite allowing a BlueJay steal home. The baseball atmosphere in New York is fun again.
I trained quads today despite it being my usual off day because I have a demo to work for Prolab after work tomorrow evening. At demos I visit supplement stores and gyms where I explain and sample the Prolab product line for interested shoppers and fitness club members.
