I have not had a period since March (It is now September) I am going to my gyno in two weeks (I know they can give you a pill to restart these hormones) but have tried adding extra fat into my diet to start my menstrual cycles naturally, I also am taking zinc supplements. I still have not seen my period, and refuse to back down on my weight training.

Does anyone know of any home remedies that have worked. Also...is it still possible to get pregnant even though I am not menstruating at all? I really would like any info. on this subject.

My wife has not seen her period for the past 2 weeks now. She recently had a baby in the month of February, 2007 and is currently lactating. We have been using 2 condoms at a time any time we have sex. The condom has not broken or torn. She has also tested herself with the pregancy test kit and the result shows negative. So I am confused. Could you please explain this medically to me. Thanks.
