I’m taking a break from my macros until this mini cut is over. I don’t wanna’ scare you guys.
Foods eaten were tilapia, chicken breast, spinach, almonds, peanut butter and Prolab Protein Component. PWO was Prolab Glutamine, Isolate and WMS. This will not change until Sunday.
