I am very full and my vascularity looked sick after those sweet potatoes. I admit I was checking myself out in the mirror for a while after dinner. There are some really cool veins in my pelvis/hip area.

Posing is great. I am hitting my poses right away without wiggling. This workout felt good - since I have 2 delt days, I don’t really kill them. I didn’t go to failure, my form was excellent and I maintained contractions with slow negatives.

Post-workout broccoli rules and I have no issues with hunger or cravings.

I am strong like bull. Training is great, as is cardio. I have begun to notice that my soreness is tending to catch up to me quite a few days after the fact - the D in DOMS is emphasized now. My glutes are still a little sore from Saturday and my delts are just now feeling Sunday’s training. This is not a complaint, but merely an observation.

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/pl/lean.html
I am rating the Vanilla and Cinnamon flavors; I have not tried Chocolate yet.
Serving size: 1 packet (94 g)
Amount per serving:
cal - 390
pro - 40
car - 40
fat - 8 (sat - 3)
fib - 4
sodium - 130 mg
sugars - 5
potassium - 760 mg
calcium - 300 mg
Ingredients
whey protein concentrate, barley, hydrolyzed oat flour, brown rice powder, calcium caseinate, sunflower oil, milk protein concentrate, natural and artificial flavors, l-glutamine, whey protein isolate, vitamins and minerals (potassium chloride, sodium chloride, dipotassium phosphate, vitamin e acetate, ascorbic acid, niacinamide, ferric orthophosphate, zinc oxide, d-calcium pantothenate, copper gluconate, maganese sulfate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, vitamin a molybdate, sodium selenate, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin), mct oil, lecethin, carrageenen, mono- and diglycerides, sucralose, sodium silicoaluminate.
Vanilla taste: 8.9/10
Cinnamon taste: 9.7/10
This is one of the better vanillas i’ve tasted. It’s not too sweet, and has a thickness to it like a real shake, with water only. Cinnamon is ridiculously good. I actually crave it now that I’m cutting.
Mixability: 9/10
Instantized, mixes with a spoon. Not a single grain went undisolved in a shaker. Nice in oats, too if you’re bulking.
Price: 8/10
$40.99 for 20 packets on bb.com breaks down to about $2.05 per serving. While this isn’t cheap, Lean Mass is not a protein powder, but a MRP, and as such warrants a higher serving price than just whey.
Content: 9/10
Good carb and protein amounts, good (whole grain) carb sources. 2 g l-glutamin, 3mcg b-12 and 9 mg iron just for starters. Very complete MRP, imo.
Overall: 9
This is the first MRP i’ve really liked based on both taste AND ingredient profile, and it doesn’t get old.

Diet is still simple and on track. I am feeling some slight bloat due to salting my foods now, which I never do typically. Otherwise, energy is still consistant and cravings have subsided now that the evil little jars have been evicted from my fridge. I have discovered Trident Watermelon gum, and it’s almost as good as Orbitz Lemon. I noticed that Orbitz makes a Raspberry and will be trying that next. I continue to drink a ton of water and green tea.

I feel great. It’s almost boring how good I feel. I got complimented on my shoulders today! Lagging part be gone! Mondays aren’t cardio days for me, but I was certainly capable of doing some. I’m excited to bump it up soon and get rid of some of this hip/ham/glute/tri fat. It doesn’t look like much in the pics, but I can still grab handfulls and that’s just yucky.

The birthday party was not too bad. The menu included all kinds of fruit with whipped cream and powdered sugar, every brand of chip imaginable, pizza from my favorite place, homemade cupcakes and angelfood cake. I had my tuna/rice/mayo concoction and coffee.
When I left there I went to my friend Heather’s house to put the finishing touches on her wedding plans. I am throwing her a shower this Saturday and the wedding is on the 16th of February. There will be many people at both events who don’t know me and will probably think I am insane when I can’t eat with them. Oh well!

I had my nephew’s 3rd birthday party this afternoon and I started my day kind of late, so I made up for it by only having 40 seconds rest between sets. That was a cardio exercise unto itself, and I only planned on doing 20 minutes on the treadmill due to the time; I was feeling so good that I added an extra 5 minutes anyway.

I had lots of tea today as well, and Orbitz new Lemon flavored gum makes me oddly happy. I love gum, but I get tired of the traditional flavors and no one has made any dessert flavored ones yet, so this will have to do for now.
I have a lot on my mind right now, but I’m keeping my head straight and I won’t let anything get me off track.
