12/28/06, back/abs

This is my last workout before I go away for the weekend.  I may not be able to post while I’m on vacation with my honey :o .  We’ll see.

Pro Carnisine and StimX taken pre- and Watermelon Xtend sipped pier-workout.

That felt really good on my back and biceps as well.  I love having a hyper again, since my old gym didn’t have one.  If I don’t get to post in here over the weekend, have a great New Year’s and be safe!
