12/26/06, no carb
No carb days are simple. I still have tone of energy since I can supply energy to a small village with the fat in my ass. These days will probably be harder when I get leaner. I don’t have cravings on no carb days, either. I find low carb days harder - to get a taste carbs and not a filling amount make me want more.

I also find that I have good energy levels with very low carbs. For me, eating carbs creates carb cravings and increased appetite. Also carbs at lunch give me a mid-afternoon energy slump. That’s why I’m a fan of the Metabolic Typing approach. Some people, myself included, just don’t do well on lots of carbs.

It’s not just that you only are eating 1100 calories. It’s that you have to go 4 or more hours between those little bites. It must be a great deal different to be tiny… Keep it up vanessa!
