today when i got home from skool i urinated on my keto-stick and got a pink reading, indicating that i did, indeed, have small amounts of ketones in my urine(2 notches up from negative!!). im pretty excited, although i’ve done low carbs before, i’ve never had the keto-sticks, i can’t believe it took me 4 days to get there though. anyhow, earlier today, in the gym, i felt a whole lot better. i kinda had the feeling that i was in ketosis just because i had so much more energy than my past 2 workouts. I did chest, it felt good. I got a pump with some heavy weights and did some cardio. amen.

its 430, bout to do cardio on day 4. weight was 242. i’ve sucked ass in the gym this week. allergies/springbreak/being sick 2 weeks ago have really brought me down, can’t make it through an entire workout before i just feel dawgnuts tired. maybe it has something to do with the no carbs…hmm. i’ve been pissing on ketostix for the past couple of days and still in the negative. i’m crossing my fingers that i get there soon because this really blows.

ready to start my new diet. also due to the lack of amp2 available im gonna try out hydroxycut hardcore for that lil extra. gonna go low carb with lots of cardio for the next 5-6 weeks. steady cardio at 5am with a dose of hydroxycut (except for sund/monday) and then interval cardio after training around 1230ish. breakfast at 6am will include 5 egg whites and 2 whole eggs with a scoop of ON(whey protein) in water. i’ll drink a litre of water on my way to school(45 minute drive gotta have something to do) first class at 8-850. i’ll eat 2 cans of tuna/1tbsp of kraft mayo(the kind with olive oil) on whole grain bread(this is my preworkout meal)by the time i finish this i should have consumed another liter of h2o and have started on a third. class and then work out right at 11am-12. preworkout will be 1 scoop of noxplod with an extra 2 grams of aakg, a scoop of beta alanine and about 5 g of creatine, also i’ll have a second dose of hydroxycut. should finish cardio up around 1230. post wo will be 3 scoops of ON w/creatine and bcaas. around 2ish i’ll have another can of tuna on wheat with the olive oil mayo. my next meal wont be until 5 when i can get home and cook up some chicken with bell peppers in evoo and toss it in with a salad(this is actually really tasty and requires 0 dressing). after an hour or two of studying i’ll slurp down another 2 scoops of ON with a scoop of creatine and off to bed around 8. total protein adds up to be around 295, fat is around 60 carbs are around 50. ~ 2100 Calories.
now, if you have any suggestions questions or comments i beg you. please help me. haha i did something similar to this from jan-feb and lost around 25 pounds but i wasnt anywhere serious enough with my training, so hopefully i’ll see some better results
