Well I think I need to back off of the weights. I have been adding size and strength but not getting very lean. I need to melt this fat off. I think that going back to a moderate to light lifting program with extra cardio is what I will need. I just love the pump from lifting till I want to puke. Nothing better than that feeling. Nothing better than the feeling of throwing up more than you did last time.
Now it is go time for cutting. March is it. I will start the new program. Still trying to decide one body part per day then cardio or full body every other day and cardio on the days I do not lift. I am still researching. I will have a plan by the end of the weekend. Diet has improved but can always get better no doubt. I still cheat more than one day a week and at times do not use portion control. So now I will just concentrate and go through one week at a time. I want to put together 6 weeks of strict diet and hard core workouts.
I think a good month of no BS workouts and watching my diet I will be able to achieve my goal. I plan on keeping up with my blog and maybe doing pivs more often so I can see the progress and get encouragement and advice as required.
If anyone has any advice on a good plan let me know I am ready to get with it.

I am used to doing a bodypart split, followed by some cardio, but now I have switched to full body, and cardio on days I am not lifting. I have only done this for one week, and I think just the change in my routine is the catalyst for some great changes in the way I look and feel. But when it stops, I think I might go back to the body part split, just because it seems to be more challenging for my muscles. How’s your diet look? If you are gaining more fat than you’d prefer, instead of lifting lighter, how would you feel about just cutting your cals a bit?

Dude - be as intense in the kitchen as you are in the gym. Only protein after 5:00 or 6:00 PM - no carbs. Heap it up at Breakfast, but majorly scale down at dinner and at night. That is how the sumos put on weight: one big meal a day right before bed! Cardio - 40 minutes sessions at medium intensity and stay heavy with the weights. Be expending more than you take in. It really is that simple. You’ll get there bro!
