					<description>I really appreciate the words of wisdom and encouragement!!!  You are right...eating is certainly a form of working out.  One thing is for sure, as my kettlebell trainer told me when he first started training me...&amp;amp;#34;you can't out snatch a donut&amp;amp;#34;.   The eating has to be there for the working out to pay off.</description>

					<description>Something to consider - some of the well known people, like Arnold S. have commented that they thought about their form even when they weren't in the gym.  It was a form of mental preparation they did all the time.

You might want to give that a try.  Think about the healthy foods, and how the bad foods are, well, bad.  Think about getting in that workout.  Make it an obsession.  Get to that place mentally, and your body will obey.  Nice work on getting back into the clean eating and exercise!</description>
