Good workouts, gotta eat clean

Workouts are going good this week, just gotta eat clean.  That is the key. I really think the food portion is 85% of the equation. No one weighed this past Saturday. Dad and I played my member-guest together, and had a 8:10 tee-time.  We certainly did not eat good, but we won some serious cash… Time to dial it in. Plan on having a good day today. Food is fuel!!! Not for enjoyment… Gotta tell myself that as business absolutely stinks and food seems like a small thing to worry about until I step on the scale each morning.

    You’re about right. It took me YEARS to learn that workouts cannot compensate for a poor or mediocre diet. I’m getting better at seeing food as fuel for my body, not a form of entertainment, comfort, stress-reliever, etc. Still a work in progress, but I am progressing. Good luck. :D
