Today was a great workout. I haven’t worked out in 2 weeks because I have been busy and I also lost my motivation. I finally said f*ck it and did a bench workout. I am now able to bring the bar all the way down to my chest which has significantly improved my lifting power. I was able to do 155 once which was my old max before my shoulder injury. I have to say the purple wraath has been helping a lot. Tomorrow (granted its not 95 degrees) I will take PW and go for a run. I must also buy some whey protein powder because ON was giving me horrible acne. I am also going to buy some creatine. I haven’t decided what type to use but i’m leaning towards green mag.

I am still stuck doing 125 7 times. This is because my right shoulder keeps holding me back. I estimate that my left arm would be able to do 125 10 times. When I am benching I often have to focus on my right arm because my left arm can do a lot more weight and my right arm lags behind in between reps. I think I will go to the gym and work on machines that specifically work on my shoulders.

I started bench pressing and squatting a week ago. Unfourtunatly I have ogtten sick and won’t work out this weekend. In just one week i’ve noticed some definition coming back into my muscles. I’m able to bench press 125 7 times and I don’t go any higher than 135 because my right shoulder can’t take the stress. Squatting heavy weights also bothers my shoulder so I think i will stick to low weight and high reps

Ok this is my first blog so bear with me.

 On Jan 5th 2007 I dislocated my shoulder and tore my labrum while wresting. My doctor recomended having arthoscopic surgery because I will be wrestling next year and my chances of re dislocating it were aboce 90%. I had the surgery in late Feb. and I was in a sling for 1 month. In mid april my doctor gave me the ok to curl and I’ve been doing that ever since. Personally, I hate curling because you can get a lot more out of exersises like bench pressing or squatting but I can do neither of those until June 1st.
