Monday, July 9th, 2007Today was a great workout. I haven’t worked out in 2 weeks because I have been busy and I also lost my motivation. I finally said f*ck it and did a bench workout. I am now able to bring the bar all the way down to my chest which has significantly improved my lifting power. I was able to do 155 once which was my old max before my shoulder injury. I have to say the purple wraath has been helping a lot. Tomorrow (granted its not 95 degrees) I will take PW and go for a run. I must also buy some whey protein powder because ON was giving me horrible acne. I am also going to buy some creatine. I haven’t decided what type to use but i’m leaning towards green mag.
