I’m leaving for 5 days so i won;t workout for 5 days and i just hopre i woon’t lose any of my muscle, but honestly i don’t think I will lose any muscle, since i will be playing soccer for those 5 days.

i just finished a 25 min jog and now im exausted, i still gotta do a ab workout also so after i take a break and post a bit in the forum im doing abs.

I feal that my new workout will really work because i up the weight each set, I love the feal of it, it really chalenges my body. BTW yesterday i did bicep and back i used to do alote too much insolation with my biceps, but yeaterday i had 2 insolation exersice and 1 compund which was chin-ups.

Ive been searching for the right routine for me and i think i found it. I will stick with this routine threw 8 weeks and ill post some pics every week to see my gains.

I couldn’t do my leg workout yesterday because i had a soccer game and a practice, but im gonna do my legs today which means im gonna have to do shoulders on saturday.

I just finished my arm workout, it felt awsome i got some supersets in my workout and the pump i get from them is amazing! I also had abs after and I tryed out my new ab routine aswell that was good it consists of alote of muscle failure!

im starting my new split routine today and im doing arms, I’m pumped! But unfortunetly i gotta go to school first we got the exams coming up! but im not woried for exams!
