Okay I am back to 2 a days again. I am doing cardio and abs in the morning and lifting at night. My morning session goes like this; 30 minutes of cardio usually on an elliptical then 4-5 sets of 10-15 reps of ab exercises then 30 minutes of cardio. Sometimes I go longer on the second session depending on how I feel.

Okay I just left the gym after doing bi’s and tri’s. I feel really good right now. I think I can see changes in my body but maybe I am being too optimistic. I did abs also tonight I just started doing rope crunches and hanging leg raises I like those exercises because they are new to me and I have never done them before.

Hmmmmm why are my abs and my middle section so stubborn wait lets be totally honest I havent been doing very much cardio or even abdominal exercises for that matter but it just seems like my abdomen is protruding to an all time huge level. I dont know its just driving me crazy.

My body blog I have not actually seen anyone elses blog so far so I dont really know what I should talk about here. I am in the process of trying to get ripped without losing all the muscle I have gained over the past few months. If anyone has any tips for me I guess that could be helpful.
