Friday, June 13th, 2008Okay I am back to 2 a days again. I am doing cardio and abs in the morning and lifting at night. My morning session goes like this; 30 minutes of cardio usually on an elliptical then 4-5 sets of 10-15 reps of ab exercises then 30 minutes of cardio. Sometimes I go longer on the second session depending on how I feel.
