I feel so crappy right now. My workout yesterday suffered severely because I was so sick but I couldnt skip a day at the gym. The transformation contest I am currently in is too important to me.
So I have hit the dreaded wall. I feel like I have maxed all my lifts and at this point I am desperately looking for a way to make a break through any ideas?
Okay so I finally am writing a post again a few months late, but I think I have made some progress. Tonight I did legs. I was able to squat 405 twice but it wasnt as easy as I thought it would be. I dont use any belts or support devices. Maybe thats why I am stuck I dont know.
I just got back from the gym. Me and some buddies did legs today. We did 10 sets of 10 rep back squats at 135, 3 sets of 100 over head squats, leg extensions, lying leg curls, seated calf raises, and we flipped a tractor trailer tire 3 sets of 20 reps. I am beeat I just want to go to sleep. I drank some Halo afterwards but I am not sure if that stuff is working……..

So I have been doing a routine for about two months now. I think I have hit a plateau. I am not getting any stronger as far as I can see and my joints are begining to hurt. Old age catching up to me? Maybe. I think I am going to begin some HIIT and try to do alot more body weight exercises and still do my weight lifting routine but with less weight. Does that sound like an good idea?
I just did legs this morning. I was supposed to do cardio but I missed legs yesterday so I had to make it up. I think I will do cardio tonight. I was able to leg press 720 for reps I never did that before but I never tried either. I wasnt even fatigued I could have went higher but I didnt feel like searching for more weights.
Okay I did my cardio and abs this morning the first thirty minutes of cardio was okay I went a a moderate to fast pace. Then I did some abs. Then I did the second thirty minute session it sucked I wanted to quit but I finished it. I am so tired now I feel totally drained. Oh and my son was born today I have my first child. I wont see him for six more months but I am excited.
