I feel so crappy right now. My workout yesterday suffered severely because I was so sick but I couldnt skip a day at the gym. The transformation contest I am currently in is too important to me.

hey, get well before you enter the gym. in my opinion it’s healhier to stay at home for 1-2 days to recover instead of going to the gym, do several days of crappy workouts, getting frustrated and being sick even longer. get well and come back to the gym even stronger! in this way you stay motivated.
