So I have hit the dreaded wall. I feel like I have maxed all my lifts and at this point I am desperately looking for a way to make a break through any ideas?
Okay so I finally am writing a post again a few months late, but I think I have made some progress. Tonight I did legs. I was able to squat 405 twice but it wasnt as easy as I thought it would be. I dont use any belts or support devices. Maybe thats why I am stuck I dont know.
