Now that you have a basic understanding of the nutrition, it is time to lift the weights.....in the mens gym...not in aerobics class. You will not get the results you are looking for doing cardio only. I am willing to help you. I am not an expert by any means, but I do have a basic knowledge now of weights.</description>

					<description>Make sure you are getting your calories in. You don't want your body to go into starvation mode...and your metabolism plummet. Eating 5-6 meals correct proportion meals a day keeps that metabolism up. Don't skimp cuz you are not hungry. Love ya girl!!</description>
