Monday, January 12th, 2009Ok, weight is good. Doing Jenny Craig again. Weigh in tomorrow. My legs and back are kiling me, excellent bowflex workout yesterday. My arms - don’t hurt too much, but they are letting me know they are there. A pair of shorts I haven’t worn since August/September fit me! So I know my butt is shrinking in the right areas.
Walking every night for 25 mins, with Dave. Getting enough sleep. Things are good.
