Saturday. (what day is it? 26?)

Ok, my diet has been horrible the last few - - -.  I haven’t been planning, and there is no hope if you don’t plan.  However, today is Saturday, and I have money to go grocery shopping HAHA.  :P   So I will plan my week.  And I will stick to it.

Good news, I worked out already today.  :D   My quads were STILL sore from the workout the other day, so I am "definitely" keeping that workout.  The one I did today focused on my tris and my back, and my chest.  I did a few squats, no weights, which felt good, and some step-ups.  Then I did some "tame" abs work, ended with 50 ball crunches (1st time I got to 50, I’m sure because I didn’t do all the other ab killer things before hand), and a plank on the ball, held for 45 seconds.  First time I held one on the ball for 45 secs, too.   So my tris hurt, my lats are talking to me, and my upper abs are quivering.

A while back someone told me that I should try on the outfit/clothes that I want to fit into twice a week.  I think that is a great idea.  It was trying on those capri pants a few weeks ago that I realized my butt needs more work.  So starting today, I am going to be trying on my capri pants, and/or my Wrangler short overalls that Dave bought me and spent a FORTUNE on, and/or my girlie light blue tank top with drawstring waist and lace ankle pajamas twice a week. LOL!  I bought those last summer because I was going on vacation.  Didn’t get to wear them; too tight across my butt and my arms didn’t look real good.   But all this is going to CHANGE!!!  And for the BETTER!!

Ok, my arms are getting tighter as I ‘m sitting here.. woo-hoo lol.  Maybe I’ll post something later.  Have a great Saturday!!

This morning I did circuit routine "C"  (yay!)  I haven’t done it before, and I modified it a little bit.  My shoulders and my thighs are yellin’ at me…  ahhhhh  :)   I did some ball crunches, but that was it for my abs.  My question is:  when I get home from work, can I do 3 more, different ab exercises?  I mean… it’s the same day, is that ok?  Or should I just wait til tomorrow?  I really want to do ‘em today, since I’m on a roll…  Are abs like other bodyparts (rest day in between) or can I do ‘em two days in a row?   THANKS

ACK!!  Where is the time flying to???  only 3 weeks left…  

I had to go into Houston today so that blew my entire day and most of my early evening.  I did eat good up to lunch, though.

breakfast: oatmeal with the usual

snack: 1% cottage cheese

lunch:  4oz chicken with 6 oz sweet potato, with shedd’s spread light and cinnamon with splenda.

I did have water, not sure how much, not enough! and no soda.  Had to eat out, so made it delicious… an Italian Grill, got chicken and a salad and green beans, but I’m sure all the sauces, cheese, saute’s etc made it b-a-a-a-d.  I can’t even begin to figure out my stuff for the day.

GEE, Ya think reasons like these past 2 weeks are why I ain’t gettin’ anywhere???  JEESH. 

Dave went back to work today, so I have another week to get FOCUSED.

Go ahead, read me the riot act!!!

Monday day 22

weird day, I’m just feeling weird…

food:

breakfast: oatmeal with 1% milk and craisins  (forgot my Splenda!! ACK!)

lunch: chicken, sweet potato with light margarine and cinn/sugar (very little)

snack: protein bar

dinner:  grilled shortribs (beef), grillin’ beans, salad with light dressing, SF choc pudding

baaaad…. totals: cals 1859  prot 143g  carb 176g  fat 62g; ratios: 30/40/30    sigh, need to get back on my planning!!

Did jump rope with Dave for 15 mins.
