Saturday. (what day is it? 26?)
Saturday, April 5th, 2008Ok, my diet has been horrible the last few - - -. I haven’t been planning, and there is no hope if you don’t plan. However, today is Saturday, and I have money to go grocery shopping HAHA.
So I will plan my week. And I will stick to it.
Good news, I worked out already today.
My quads were STILL sore from the workout the other day, so I am "definitely" keeping that workout. The one I did today focused on my tris and my back, and my chest. I did a few squats, no weights, which felt good, and some step-ups. Then I did some "tame" abs work, ended with 50 ball crunches (1st time I got to 50, I’m sure because I didn’t do all the other ab killer things before hand), and a plank on the ball, held for 45 seconds. First time I held one on the ball for 45 secs, too. So my tris hurt, my lats are talking to me, and my upper abs are quivering.
A while back someone told me that I should try on the outfit/clothes that I want to fit into twice a week. I think that is a great idea. It was trying on those capri pants a few weeks ago that I realized my butt needs more work. So starting today, I am going to be trying on my capri pants, and/or my Wrangler short overalls that Dave bought me and spent a FORTUNE on, and/or my girlie light blue tank top with drawstring waist and lace ankle pajamas twice a week. LOL! I bought those last summer because I was going on vacation. Didn’t get to wear them; too tight across my butt and my arms didn’t look real good. But all this is going to CHANGE!!! And for the BETTER!!
Ok, my arms are getting tighter as I ‘m sitting here.. woo-hoo lol. Maybe I’ll post something later. Have a great Saturday!!
